The trip is exciting and well organized. Omar was an excellent tour guide and attentive to our questions. The bus is clean and spacious. Lunch is delicious and thank god they have coke because there is none in my hotel. Overall the trip was worth it!

The tour started off with visiting Valladolid, then Chichikan cenote with buffet, and lastly Chichen Itza.
Meeting point (MP3) pick up time was 5:40am and bus showed up 5:38am.
Overall very nice, except for the extreme heat. Try to avoid going when the temperature is above 100F. I couldn’t pay attention to the tour guide because all I could think of was AC.

The shuttle came at exactly the time provided for hotel pick up. We were first to be picked up and went around to pick up others before heading to the destination. It was a comfortable ride. Tomas was a great guide. He provided a lot of great information and kept our engagment. The time allotted at each place felt reasonable. The Mexican buffet was good.

Brilliant trip! We had Pastor and Richard guide / drive us and both were brilliant! Pastor was extremely knowledgeable of the history of the Mayans and chichen itza. We managed to miss the busy crowds meaning we had some amazing photos! The buffet was stunning too! There was no pressure to buy add ons and even though the shopping was part of it, it was nothing out of the ordinary with them trying to sell you things! It would have been nice to have longer in the cenote and buffet, but I appreciate it’s already a long day due to the travelling! I would highly recommend the tour!

Early access was great. We got their before the crowds and it was a little cooler. Richard and Pastor did a great job organizing the tour and sharing information about the area and it's people.

I read a lot of reviews for different trips and this didn’t disappoint , I highly recommend going in the morning as at noon when the sun is at its hottest you have finished the tour of chichen itza and are now in the cenote. Pastor was our tour guide and he was very welcoming and great at explaining the history behind the structures . Some tips we received before going , bring an extra layer for the bus as it is cold with air on early in morning , bring a snack for the bus as it is a 2-3 hour trip . Bring 2 big bottles of water with you , a hat, sun glasses and a change of clothes . The food is delicious and is all you can eat ! The eggs were amazing .

I'm in my late 20s and came with my partner for a wedding at an all inclusive place, but we both still wanted to see Chichen Itza and a cenote, but we weren't sure how to go about it. We planned pretty last minute, and we're really glad we booked this! We're from the US. I booked based on a recommendation from my bestie who went with some of her girlfriends a few months prior.
We had Carmen as our guide and Jose as our driver. Loved that this excursion was early! We were one of the first groups to enter Chichen Itza and avoided the massive crowds and crazier heat. It really does take the full day though. I believe some may have been picked up earlier, but I got picked up at 5:30 from my hotel. Met up with the main bus at a gas station with others then headed out to the main attraction. The drive took about 2-2.5 hrs, which was good for a nap. Walked around with Carmen, had many opportunities to take photos, listened to fun facts, and even heard Carmen teach us some Mayan words/phrases. I think it was great to know that Carmen is Mayan/part Mayan, which made the experience even more fantastic. She was enthusiastic, funny, and really kind.
After the Chichen, we drove about 40 minutes to the Cenote. This is where we ate lunch, did a casual tequila tasting, and got to enjoy the beautiful cenote. It was a perfect combination tour! We did have a small delay because two people didn't come back to the bus on time... We waited for them for about 20 minutes and the staff even tried searching for them, but they weren't responding to messages or found. Ultimately, the staff decided for us to head out first to respect our time, but I also appreciated their efforts to wait and try to find the missing people.
I got back in time to my resort for the wedding activities. Again, very glad this early tour was an option and got to hit some spots I wanted to see but had no idea how to plan to go on my own. The tour group accepts USD, card, and pesos for any extra payments. I brought pesos and would recommend doing so for the guide, but they are very flexible. I also think this tour was very much worth the money, and gave me the opportunity to tip a bit more since the cost of the actual booking was one of the cheapest I saw online.
