Our trip was great from start to finish. We booked with Michał Krupa before we arrived in Krakow. Completely hassle free and Michał was very quick to respond to my messages prior to our arrival. Our driver Łucasz sent me a message 1 day before our tour to let me know our pick up time. He was of course on time and a very nice guy.
I would 100% recommend this company.

The trip was well organised and the driver Gregor arrived in time and promptly. We were advised the previous day that we would be collected at 7.15am in our private transfer. The organisation of the whole tour was excellent with no queuing. I would highly Recommend

Tripped ran well. Picked up at time given. Comfortable drive out which took an hour. The tour was emotive and we had a very informative guide who was easy to follow and kept story of both camps flowing. Unforgettable experience

We booked our tour via Facebook with Michael Krupa about 6 months in advance as I heard he was the best and did not cancel when other operators did. 24 hrs before our trip he messaged me to confirm the pick up time and we were collected from outside our hotel. We shared our transport with 6 others, which was no problem at all. Our driver was very professional and polite and kept us well informed. We had an English speaking guide who took us around Auschwitz. She was very knowledgeable and respectful and answered questions that our group asked. This part of the tour took about 1 hr 40 mins. We had booked a packed lunch through Michael Krupa and our driver gave this to us after the tour of Auschwitz, it was a very good lunch.
There's no where to buy food or drink when there.
Our driver then took us over to Birkenau, approximately 7 mins away where our tour guide was waiting.
It was a very well organised day and a stark reminder of the atrocities that took place during the Secnd World War.

I booked a private car simply because our time in Krakow was limited and I wanted to make the most of the trip. The journey from Krakow is about 1hr 20 mins each way and with a private car there is no waiting on group pickups etc. The vehicle was spotless our driver was extremely personable with excellent English. He kept us fully informed of how the day would go as well as where we were to meet him to transfer between the two camps. Our tour guide was also excellent with perfect English, the same guide also took us around both camps. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting this wonderful city.
