My friend and I really enjoyed the Skip-the-Line combo tour in Seville. Our guides were very knowledgable and had loads of personality and that made the tour that much more fun and interesting. The tour info itself was lacking unfortunately, but we figured it out with lots of questioning, reading and searching for the information. We purchased 3 tours in one payment, but the information wasn't clear about exactly where and who to meet and also, there was a hour between tour 2 and tour 3, which was not indicated by Viator. Ultimately, we had to meet 3 different guides and different locations and 3 different times. This could easily be indicated in the fine print, but was not. Other than the lack of communication by the company's website, the local guides made up for it in their presentations.

During my stay in Sevilla, I sent to several tours arranged by pancho tours, including the tours of the cathedral and Alcázar. Miguel, my guide, was very profesional and had an extensive knowledge of the places. He very calmly showed us around the different places and rooms while he shared with us the interesting history. There were plenty of time to take photos during the tours but if you dont think so, remember after the tour you will be free to walk around by yourself and take all the photos you want! So I recommended you pay attention to the history and the guide during the tour, and take photos after:)

The tour started 1.5 hours after the meeting time! They made us wait for another group to join our tour group!

I’ve been on many tours around the world and this has never happened.

The tour started out well. We meet the tour guide at 10:50am and she took us to the Jewish Quarter. After that tour ended (12:00), she told us to meet the next tour 15 minutes earlier, at 12:30. Therefore, we didn’t eat because we didn’t have enough time.

We were at the meeting point at 12:30pm and so were another 8 people. We were then told that the guide was waiting on another 14 people.

That group showed up at 1:30. By the time the tour guide collected their money and bought the tickets, it was almost 2:00pm.

The tour started 1.5 hours after the meeting time!

We had another tour (Cathedral) with them at 2:30pm but this tour (Alcazar) was supposed to take 1hr 15 mins. They told us that they will wait for us. Well, they cut the tour 30 mins short so we can then go to the Cathedral tour. Some of us were upset because we didn’t get to walk around the gardens. They then gave us tickets so we can come back after the Cathedral tour but this meant that we could not walk up the towers in the Cathedral.

When we got to the Cathedral tour, there was another group there that was made to wait an hour for us. They were also upset. The Cathedral tour did not start yet so two people asked for their money back, one from my group and another from the group waiting. The guides would not give them back their money!

We started our 1st tour at 10:50am and by the time we finished it was 5:00pm. We didn’t get to eat lunch because they made us show up 15 mins earlier just to wait over an hour. Come to find out that the group we were waiting for was at the Cathedral on the same company’s tour. The guides knew it was going to take an hour. They should of told us and we could have had something to eat or they should have continued with our tour and let another guide take them. This caused a domino effect because then the next tour group had to wait an hour for us.

Ridiculous!!!!!!
