We teach and let you make your own Curry Paste from scratch using Motar and Pestle (No MSG and no buying ready made ones from the market)
Also as a part of our cooking, we visit the local market (for classes with market tour) to learn and taste local exotic fruits and vegetables. There is always an abundance of new things to see and taste.

A great class, we cooked 4 dishes with fresh ingredients and clear, simple instructions. The market tour was interesting and tasting the various fresh local fruits was great. Highly recommended

We had an amazing time! Was amazing to go to the market to learn about the ingredients used and then go to the cooking class. All dishes were delicious and we had a lot of fun. The transportation provided was also very helpful. We really recommend! The host Gigi was amazing and explained everything.

Started at the market. Learned things about Thai spices and ingredients that I will use at home.
The meal we cooked - pad Thai, curry, and Tom yum soup - was fast, fun, and delicious. Plus mango sticky rice! Yum! We got to cook our own dishes and get the recipes to try again later. Highly recommend…but I would skip breakfast next time!
