This was the first time that we had used this tour company, and we were mighty impressed. Our driver was an utter professional from the moment that he picked us up to the moment that he dropped us back at our hotel. He went out of his way to make sure that we were handed over to the tour guide and that we had his phone number so we were able to contact him when we were ready to go back to our hotel. The tour itself was a one off experience and our tour guide (I am sorry but we did not catch her name) was brilliant. She was so knowledgeable about the camp and delivered all the information in a very respectful way. Both the tour guide and driver are a credit to the Discover Cracow company.

Pros:
Private transport was a lovely luxury to have, no need to stress about pickup and bus parking / timings, driver was easily contacted and accommodating!
Tour was very interesting, a must see to implore the importance in human history and to memorialise those that were affected!
Con:
Group sizes are too large in my opinion, sometimes you can’t hear the guide due to obstructions in radio headsets through corridors and many groups are herded through at a very quick pace, you will only see a small section of A1 and A2. 3/4 blocks at camp 1 with Gchamber visit then 1 block, the ramp / cattle cart and ruined Gchamber at Camp2
The tour time is inaccurate, you will have 1.5hr in A1 and 1hr in A2, 10-20mins break for toilets in between camps and the journey time is roughly 1/1.5hr each way from Kraków to Aushwitz
You will not spend more than 2.5hrs on a tour
If I were to visit again I would go individually and take time to visit more blocks and read more of the information plaques situated around, we as a group didn’t get time to read them!

The tour was good but drive there in private transport was terrible. Driver could not speak one word English so was silent for the hour and half journey there n back plus he was speeding and braking hard. We couldn’t wait to get out of car

it doesn’t explain that the transport is the only private, the guide was in polish with more people with a translator but this guy didn’t explain anything, thats a ripoff please don't loose your money. take a tour with a guide that knows and explains

Booked a private transfer as part of the trip and was told to wait for the tour guide at the second site. We waited for 20 minutes and our driver received a phone call from the bus driver to ask where we were as the tour guide had gone in without us - despite instructions from the company to wait. It seems we had been a few minutes behind (despite following with the private driver booked as part of the trip) and had been left behind. We unfortunately had no tour guide for the second part of the trip and had not received the service we had paid for. I understood mistakes happen and so requested a part refund for the second part of the trip as we had not received the tour we had paid for. This was rejected by Viator as when they spoke to the company, they disputed that we were without a tour. Our private driver (booked as part of the trip)& the bus driver both agreed this was not the case but I was unable to explain this as I was swiftly shut down by Viator. I will never use Viator again, their customer service was appalling and is not in the customers favour.

A site everyone should see if in the area. Be aware that it could stir up many emotions. Gives meaning to what you read in history books and see in documentaries.

The tour and transport was very well organised and went very smoothly. Good communication between the organiser and myself. The tour guide at the museum was excellent and made the tour extremely informative and interesting.
I have to say unfortunately that the private transport driver was quite miserable, he did not communicate despite his English being good. Despite this I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again and hope we got a different driver
