Palace was spectacular and our time was greatly enhanced with an audio tour we found online once it became apparent that the museum operations were inept & antiquated. No audio is offered, the staff bungled opening (almost 30 minutes late) and no one bothered to check tickets (why buy one?). Once inside there was another long line to check umbrellas. No maps or directions to help guide the mass of visitors. It's obvious operations and management have undergone little to zero update since the 1300's when the Placace was first built. Pity, but proof Itlay is old-world.

Good directions on downloading and how to use. I felt it was a little too detailed on paintings. I skipped a lot, but it was nice that I could skip. The sections on moving to the next room were clear and explained much better than the actual facility signage.
