I never took any tours, I felt deceived when It said to meet on constitution AVE, so the entire time I thought it was an in person visit. First it said, reserve now and pay later which I thought I would pay at the time I see the guide, but that wasn't the case. We took this long trip from the US during Holy week to see the processions and visit the Cathedral, but the weather cold and rainy so they canceled all the processions during the time we were there. My wife go sick on Friday when I purchased the tickets and flew back home the next day. So since we didn't do either a virtual tour or an actual tour with your company, I would kindly like to ask for a refund especially thinking it was an actual visit of the Cathedral. Thank you.
