You will receive the entrance to the Teatro Colon in your email during the first week of the month selected for the tour. It is mandatory to print this ticket in order to take the guided tour.
• Confirmation will be received at the time of booking unless booked within 3 days in advance. In this case, you will receive a confirmation within 48 hours, subject to tour availability.
• Non refundable ticket. In case of cancellation 100% of the amount will be charged.

What we were able to see was fantastic. Unfortunately, they had the main theater blackout due to an upcoming show in the theater. Tickets should not be sold if the entire theater is not available. Our guide was very knowledgeable and great dealing with the changes.

Loved our tour with our knowledgeable guide. An added bonus was visiting while a performance was going through their sound checks. We were allowed to sit and listen for 5 minutes. Stunning.

Teatro Colon, how many times have we seen it in passing with that imposing volume
Its interior is wonderful, it is something SURPRISING, its maintenance, its care, its chandeliers, mirrors, sculptures, etc.
The guided tour is very productive, they tell you secrets that you will not find in books
You can also explore it with complete freedom.
It is incredible how fortunate we are to have such a prestigious and well-maintained space in Argentina.

This was scam.
We never got our email from Teatro Colon.
We went to Teatro Colon showed our confirmation from the trip advisor email they’re saying they can’t find our information.
So, we couldn’t get the tour.
Very sad & upsetting.

Difficulty accessing internet to get ticket when at theater! Guide did not use a microphone so if she turned her head you missed the cometary! Beautiful site but not a good tour!

The Teatro Colon is incredibly beautiful and its history is wonderful to learn about. The negative side was the tour group was too large and it was delivered in different languages rather than just English. You need a smaller tour group that is only in English to make it worthwhile.

Purchased tickets on Viking ship Jupiter. Viking printed “Admission Ticket.” ColonTickets were never emailed so when we arrived at Teatro Colon we were refused admission. They have no record of Reservation or ticketing. We are out $72. I don’t think Viking will use you again. I will warn Tripadvisor. Charles D Harvey
