Excellent guide named Sonyia in good command of English. Both guide and driver, Orlando, were kind and courteous making sure we were satisfied with sites, pace of trip etc. Sonyia took us into the air terminal and showed us a nice place to eat and where to get checked in at the counter. Very helpful and answered all our questions etc. I would suggest a bigger vehicle. From small compact cars it was very difficult to see sites being viewed as well as from the back seat there was no leg room for someone 6 feet +. Getting in and out of vehicle this size was very difficult for both of us. Other than this issue, which I hope will be addressed for future guests, the trip was 10+.

There was a mix up between contractor and subcontractor. They sent a car that barely held our luggage. They said that in spite of our e-mails they did not know about the luggage. They charged us an extra US 125 for drop off at the airport. The trip did not fill the promised 5 hours duration. It lasted a little over four hours rushing through many sites, which includes the 50 minute trip to the airport, The guide was knowledgeable trying to make up for the screw ups.
