Very enjoyable activity for a stag do. Tom was an excellent guide and very informative. Good amount of fun and interesting content.

The segway tour was advertised as 2 hours. We arrived 15 minutes early as advised on the tickets and were rold to come back in 15 minutes, so we did. Including the 5 minutes instruction given the tour only lasted 1.5 hours. The tour guide seemed bored and provided very few interesting facts. Apparently there are strict speed limits for segways in Krakow and so the machines were forever self slowing. When we mentioned that the tour was shorter than advertised the organiser did not respond other than to say something to the guide in Polish who shrugged.

For all those who, like me that day, were tired of walking and wanted to see the city, this is a fantastic option. The guide Tomasz is exceptional, kind, approachable. The price is very reasonable. Warmly recommended.

Very good visit with our guide Johan. We learned a lot of anecdotes about the old town and the medieval times of Krakow. Johan was able to answer all our questions, I recommend!

Johan was fabulas very well educated and bought the tour to life for us, the history and knowledge made this a fabulas experience with some fun along the way , I would absolutely recommend this tour and in particularly Johan as the guide, thank you for a great day Zoe and Luke

I've been wanting to do a segway tour for so long and it didn't disappoint! We had a 10 minute training session, practising starting, stopping and turning! Then we headed off through the streets and parks to the Jewish Quarter. Our guide, Tom, was very knowledgeable and provided us with lots of contextually interesting information. Would highly recommend this tour.

I’d never been on a Segway before so was very hesitant about my experience but our guide Tom was happy to help me get my bearings before we set off. Through the tour he also made sure I was comfortable with the ride, which was very nice. We were shown all of the historical buildings/cites and venues by our lovely guide, who was very forthcoming with information and happily suggested places for us to visit during our time in Krakow, such as restaurants, museums and markets (as well as sharing local jokes to make us laugh). I enjoyed how much more immersive the experience felt compared to other tour methods and would definitely recommend the Segway tour (and our guide Tom)!
