A 2-hour tour was a bit too long for our taste...1.5 hours would have been ideal in our opinion!
However, our guide Manuel made the tour very exciting and gave us a lot of insight into the world of homelessness. He was also open to all of our questions... Thank you for the authentic tour!

Manuel guided us through the 1st district, it was a very interesting and educational experience. I learned a lot of new things and Manu was very nice, personable and led the tour extremely well.👍 Highly recommended!

We were very impressed by the tour. Our guide, who was once homeless himself, gave us a detailed introduction to the challenges. We were particularly impressed by the work of Caritas in cooperation with the City of Vienna. I think it is important to learn about these services, which are often provided in silence.

Very good and interesting tour. Even though it was raining, you could still learn a lot. The tour guide was very friendly and open, despite the fact that he is a Rapid Vienna fan ;).

It was very interesting and the guide was very nice! We learned all kinds of details about his history on the streets and what other reasons there might be. I will think differently about homelessness in the future.
