Experience one of the most memorable lessons of modern history. Visit UNESCO World Heritage Site, a former Nazi concentration camp Auschwitz-Birkenau, where more than a million Jews and other prisoners were oppressed or killed during World War II. The flower strewn Death Wall, national memorials, gas chambers and crematoriums, preserved ruins, the remains of hundreds of barracks, watchtowers, the railway line and ramp - all this forms a moving testimony to the number of those who lost their lives. The tour is led by a sensitive, licensed and local guide which helps to understand the touching history and cruel things that happened there.

-Live-guided tour of Auschwitz & Birkenau (visit both camps)
-Travel from Krakow choosing hotel pickup or meeting point
-Learn the history of World War II, Nazi Holocaust and the liberation
-Avoid crowds skipping the long line for individual visitors

This was such an experience, somber, sad, thought provoking, unbelievable and so much more. Our guide was excellent, gave us so much honest information, she didn’t sugar coat the facts but delivered it in just the right way. Everyone should visit, maybe if everyone did we might stop repeating the same mistakes.

Pick up and drop off sorted. Tickets arranged and guide assigned. Just be aware the times can change drastically. We scheduled for 8:15am but actually got picked up at 14:20 in the end so don’t plan anything for the whole day in case it changes. But communication about it was really good so no complaints

No matter what nation you come from, if you have the chance, once in your life you should visit one of the holocaust sites. Auschwitz-Birkenau is of course the most infamous, but what the Nazis did can be appreciated in a number of locations. Hello Crakow, who ran this particular tour does a great job with an expert guide and driver. I thank them.

This was one of the best organised tours I’ve ever been on. WhatsApp messages beforehand to make sure we knew exactly where we were going and what time we had to be there, a good lunch provided at a reasonable cost with very knowledgable and approachable guides. The whole day took about 8 hours and it was precision led. I would highly recommend Hello Cracow for this tour and also Shindler’s factory which we did the following day.

From pick up to drop off we had a brilliant visit. Our guide was very knowledgeable. The trip itself is very disturbing and harrowing and made us really sad to think what those poor people went through. The sites themselves have been very well preserved

The tour itself was good However the service provided was not so good We booked this tour because we could choose a pick up time of 0915 hours and a tour of just 15 people A few days before I was advised it would bow be around 1400 hours….too late to find another tour We were then advised we would be picked up at 1320 We stood for nearly 20 minutes in the rain waiting…messaged and were told pick up was running late because of the rain…lit had been raining for several hours so they should have made allowances for this The tour itself was good but very crowded We were also in a group of 30 people and not 15 The driver did relay this back to viator and in fairness that did refund us some of the money

Great day trip. The guide spoke good English and was very knowledgeable. Perfect balance with timings of the trip as you weren't 'waiting round' but also had plenty of time to see everything. Would highly recommend.
