We’ve been travelling for a while and been walking quite a lot lately. This tour was great to just sit back and relax and enjoy the view and also rest the body at the thermal baths.
Greatly organized, on time and very memorable. Our driver Wiktor was polite and very helpful in teaching us about Zakopane.

What an amazing experience! Absolutely a must do when you are in Krakow, worth every penny. The view from Gubalowka is breathtaking! The short stops on the way for cheese and Soplica shots tasting and old villages seeing was outstanding. Our driver Lucas-Max was very friendly, polite and made our trip so enjoyable, nothing was a problem to him. My friend lost his mobile while cheese tasting, noticed it on the next stop, and Lucas-Max offered to go back there and search for the phone. And he found it, what a star! A top man, the best guide we had in Krakow, thank you!

Lukas Max was an absolutely brilliant guide. Friendly, informative and went above and beyond when our friend left his phone at one of the stops. Lukas immediately returned to find it - absolutely fantastic. Thankyou so much x

This was an excellent tour by hello Cracow. Very well organised and we kept up to date by patrycja about pick up places and time, information what to bring etc. pick up was from our hotel and Norbert was exactly on time. There were 6 of us in the mini van. Norbert was very friendly and informative and knew lots of local knowledge and took us to some interesting places on the way to Zakopane. The thermal baths were great and we had plenty of time to experience everything . I would highly recommend Hello Cracow as an excellent tour company. Their prices were very competitive too.

Fantastic day. First we were picked up at our hotel and taken to join a minibus. Was a lovely scenic drive to our first stop. We loved seeing the traditional houses and tasting the local cheese and vodka. Zakopane was a lovely picturesque town and the view from the top of the mountain was beautiful. Our tour guide Joanna was lovely and very knowledgeable about the area. The best part of the day were the thermal baths. The place was huge, so many pools indoors and outdoors and loads of hot tubs. We loved the waterslides including the trap door slide. It was not busy when we went and we didn’t have to queue for any of the slides! Amazing day

Joanna was very enthusiastic about Zakopane and delivered the tour fantastically. The tour itself was definitely worth it! The views were amazing and the thermal baths were beautiful. We had a great time.

Fantastic trip from start to finish.
Norbert was a brilliant host.
Polite, informative, and a very safe driver.
If you are sweating wether to do this trip please do it. You won’t regret it.
