On my recent trip to the Niagara Falls on May 20th, 2024, felt lucky to have booked a one day tour with the Gray line sightseeing tour & got a very nice guide named Kevin Krew, who was very informative, friendly & co operative with all tourists & equally hilarious in keeping the tour much like a family outing without any fuss. I'd say that it was Kevin who made our tour of the Niagara Falls especially the "Maid of the mist " & "Caves of the wind " most memorable experience with his pep talks & information about all the places visited during the tour. Wishing Kevin lots of success & happiness to be spread with all the tourists that he guides in tours to come, as we had on our trip.

The views were amazing and we learned alot about the history. Kevin was the best tour guide interacting with everyone and even taking pictures for us. He went above and beyond bringing water for his group. The best pictures were when we were soaking wet and didn't want to take our phones out for pictures.

Ended being a no show as we boarded the wrong bus. Beware there are many tour buses that are available and most of them can board you on last minute. Received zero refunded, lost all the money. Neither grey line nor viator budged on even a partial refund due to the mix up.

We are so glad we took this tour! Larry was the best tour guide and host. He is so knowledgeable about all the tour spots we stopped at. We started at the Arch on Goat Island, saw Nikola Tesla, and Cave of the Winds. Larry shared great info about the history of electric production as we saw Horseshoe Falls. The State Park has a great film and exhibit for free. We had lunch at Dicamilo Bakery and ate at the Whirlpool State Park. Two gift shops were included on our trip as well. We ended with the Maid of the Mist which was fabulous! Having a riding and walking tour worked great for us. This was the best way for us to see Niagara Falls. Larry is an exceptional tour guide. We had a great experience!
