Parasailing in Miami with Upgrade Options

We were made to pay an extra $50 per person. We had during booking specifically asked about extra charges and we were told there are no extra charges. And there is no response from viator for this inspite of me raising an escalation for the same. Plus is a non cancelalable event so we had no choice but to pay up

Me and a friend went parasailing on today. When we arrived, we had to park in our pier which was pier 9 we had to pay for parking and we also had to walk about 1/2 half of mile to get to Pier 9. Arriving at pier 9, We were assisted by A guy Name Charles. Charles was very disrespectful and operated with disgusting customer service. He told us we had to pay an additional $50 due to booking on this app which we did not understand. We talked to the app personnel, and they advised us that we cannot get our money back and we had to continue with our excursion. Charles then received an additional attitude, and swung his hand as if to tell us to go to talk to someone. We were assisted by a manager named Clement which he felt sorry for us, but still made us pay $50 additional plus what we have already paid with this trip. The manager , complemented us with free pictures because of the inconvenience. When we started our parasailing, Alex and Pierre Patient and very fun to be with. They helped us put on our gear they talk to us. They provided amazing customer service and made our adventure very very nice. Alex and Pierre, worked as a team to ensure that we had the best successful experience with parasol. We do appreciate them too, but again do not book your excursion on this app because you’re gonna have to pay an additional fee when you get to the excursion. The deals are actually at the excursions and they have specials that they don’t tell you about over the phone so book with the excursion do not book with this trip app .

The captains were great. I would def do this again. It was miscommunication in the beginning because they were trying to say we owed them more money after paying for the combo but we got it figured out. Read the fine print!

They charged me an additional $100 fee for using viator, I was not informed of this until arrival. The actual experience was nice.

The memorable part was having to pay even more to parasailing. I thought it would be cheaper going through viator but it was more money. I paid about $400 for a $150 activity
