We will begin our journey at Mexico City visiting the Square of the three cultures, continue to the impressive archaeological zone of Teotihuacan, to admire the monumental Pyramids of the Sun and the Moon. We return to Mexico City to visit the Basilica of Our Lady of Guadalupe.
Panoramic tour in Cuernavaca, to visit one of the oldest Cathedrals in America, the Palace of Cortes, its mansions and avenues. From there we will continue to the Sierra Madre to visit one of its treasures: Taxco, known as the “World Silver Capital”, visit the famous Baroque parish church of Santa Prisca.

Pyramids: the pryamids was by far the best experience. Our tour guide was exceptionally knowledgeable and passionate on Mexican history. We learned a great deal. Mexitours, who organized everything, was professional and responsive to our needs. We purchased the plan that included lunch which we felt was a good idea.
Taxco and Cuernavaca: our tour guide was exceptional, especially as he transitioned from Spanish to English. He was full of enthusiasm and a great story teller. We enjoyed seeing parts of Mexico that we would not see on our own and the churches and points of interest were very informative and beautiful. However, the one thing that we found off putting were the aggressive sales tactics. The tour included education on silver mining. The people conducting the “training” would not let us shop in peace. We were constantly being pressured to buy and the prices that were supposed to be in Mexican currency conveniently charged to U.S. dollars. Our family felt like walking targets for getting ripped off. Because of this negative experience, I felt the need to downgrade my rating to four stars instead of five.
