We couldn't decide if we loved ghost stories or true crime stories more, so we decided to do them both!

You can almost feel the history (and the spirits) as you walk through this 300 year old neighborhood and former Native American gathering place on the Mississippi River.

THIS is the sacred ground where centuries of unforgettable, intense characters have lived, loved, fought, celebrated, made music, and taken their last breaths. Energy like that does not fade away; in fact, it intensifies when we tell their stories as we walk through their streets.
We will share with you the stories of hauntings, murders, rituals, restless spirits, mischievous ghosts, and some things we just can't explain. Even skeptics love this tour, because everyone loves a good story!

The tour is 1.5 - 2 hours and covers about a mile in the world-famous French Quarter. Come after dinner and end in time for a night out on the town!

Libby was absolutely awesome.

I took tours from different companies on my trip to New Orleans, including a French Quarter tour and a Garden District tour. However, the ghost stories and true crime walking tour by Libby was by far the best.

It started off great because we were supposed to be more (I think 6?), but the others cancelled. So it was only the two of us and Libby. Almost like a private tour. Worth noting that all the other tour groups we saw that night were about 8-16 people.

Libby's story-telling is very engaging, informative, and really helps the imagination along. I chose this because I couldn't choose between true crime and ghost stories, and this was a perfect blend of both. Truly enjoyed myself.

Fascinating history around each corner in the french quarter. Scott was a great storyteller of the generational characters of New Orleans and some grisly crimes. (Glad this was our last outing on our Louisiana trip!) Our guide also gave us a new appreciation for other historical aspects of the city. Highly Recommend.

Scott was an amazing story teller and had us hooked from the minute he started talking…won’t be able to walk through the French 1/4 again without thinking of the horrors that happened behind closed doors!

Taking this tour was one the best things I’ve done in New Orleans. I have visited New Orleans two times and throughout my two visits I explored the WWII museum, the Garden District, Magazine Street, Chalmette Battlefield, and the French Quarter, but Libby’s passion, knowledge, and love for the city made New Orleans incredibly fascinating and worthwhile.

Libby took my two friends and I on a wonderful true crime and ghost tour. Stories included pirates, nuns, royalty of Spain and France, priests, vampires, the mafia, Nicholas Cage, slaves, American Horror Story, trunk murders, and more.

I would highly recommend Lucky Bean Tours to anyone and I am looking forward to returning to New Orleans to go on a tour with Libby again!

Voodoo as we never imagined it. Mia transported us with passion to the French Quarter of New Orleans with her scary stories as we walked through the maze of streets which each marked history through the experiences of certain inhabitants of the 18th century. Absolutely worth discovering.

Guide Scott did a great job of storytelling and making the tales come to life, or in most cases death! We would definitely recommend him and their service for a New Orleans ghost tour!

Libbey gave an awesome tour! She is so knowledgeable and I love her style of story telling. There was so many tours out that night and I think Libbey was the best by far, I was kinda listening to the others as we passed by. Love the story about the singing rain.
