Ms Lek did a fantastic job!! She shared with us all the relevant history of the City and Thailand. The tour of the Royal Palace was probably the highlight of the trip.
Very knowledgeable, very kind and well worth doing. We would definitely recommend the tour.

This was a wonderful overview of Bangkok. I got a much better understanding thai temples as well as the culture of the thai people and Buddhism.

It was great introduction to a culture rich country. We were with Lucky and she took care of all the little details and it was very convenient and she helped us with a lot of recommendations for the reminder of our stay in Thailand.

Today’s tour of Bangkok with Gwen and Mr. Bong is truly a day that we will never forget. We started the day at 8:00am with a huge smile, meeting Gwen in our hotel lobby. The tour got underway at the flower market where we spent time watching these floral artisans create beautiful garlands, wreaths and flower art. We bought 3 lotuses and headed for the temples. Gwen later showed us how to create our own beautiful flower art which was given to honor Buddha at the temple.
I cannot begin to capture all the history, culture, art, beauty, food and wisdom that was shared with our during today’s tour with Gwen. It was a full day but Gwen scheduled the day to give us breaks from the heat with things like a relaxing and cool boat ride-even getting to see the artist district on the river. It was so good to be able to see and better understand the old city versus the new and some of the foundational history, particularly on our first day. Mr. Bong amazed us throughout the day with iced wipes and frozen bottles of water!! He kept us chill when temps hit 100 degrees Fahrenheit. We had lunch with the locals in a lovely family owned restaurant! We ended the day on the top of the Golden Mount with an extraordinary view of the city. If you are planning to go to Bangkok, Quality Thai Tours are fantastic- Ask For Gwen and Mr. Bong. If you aren’t planning a trip to Bangkok….well, you should be!!
