Very hard to hear what is being said by the tour guide if you’re sitting on the upper deck. It would have been nice if the guide waited for everyone to get off the boat in Burano before walking towards the location for the lace making demonstration. She was gone when I got off the boat and many people were confused so went different directions so you couldn’t figure out which way to go. Clearer signs, like a person holding something with the tour group name on it, would make it a lot easier to figure out which boat is the right one, as there are many boats at the listed meeting point.

This was easy to book and great value for money. The boat trips and the staff were brilliant. The time allowed to visit each island was just enough

A great tour.
In Murano, the demonstrations of how those glass masterpieces are made would be worth it.
Burano impresses with the beauty and level of details in its products.

Spent more time on boat, very boring, all they wanted to do is sell you glass, the next island very very quiet, again nothing to do or watch

Hi - our flight from Toronto was delayed by 5 hours. We did notify the local tour operator to see if we could cancel or reschedule. The tour operator said we would need to contact Viator. Long story short, we missed the tour. I always use Viator to friends travelling to Europe. My sister and I have 3 events scheduled with Viator. A refund for Murano-Burano would be appreciated as we did contact the tour operator at 9 pm Toronto time as soon as we learned of the Air Canada flight delay due to mechanics issues. Thank you Liz and Kathy

My wife and I had a great time! Both Islands were amazing. Before booking we read some people found the glass blowing part boring and I have to strongly disagree. It was incredible to watch how quickly the glass maker could make such beautiful things. Murano was a great spot to buy little glass gifts after the demonstration and we definitely had to pick some of those up. Burano was absolutely stunning. Great spot to take some incredible pictures. The shops were great to look through as well as they had a lot of great stuff. It's an island unlike anything I've ever seen it's really a must see while in Venice! Lastly the boat ride was great the fresh air is amazing and sitting out on the deck was another must for us. Just know you're in good company when you book!

It was ok. I wish we got a chance to visit the town of Murano. All we did was watch the glass maker and buy souvenirs in their shop. Then it was time to go. We ate in Burano, however, there’s not much else to do but shop the little stores. All in all it was ok. It was a nice change from the hustle and bustle of Venice.
