The tour was organized and covered the main attractions of the museum. It was no problem to stay after and continue browsing on our own. Our guide was knowledgeable, warm, and passionate about David!

We couldn’t get in. We had our ticket from Viator saved on our phone. It did not say who the provider was. No one would give us a printed ticket to get in. We could not access the Viator website to get more info like the tour operator or phone. It kept saying oops something went wrong. How do we get a refund? We were there 45 minutes early!!!

Do not use ‘Towns of Italy’ to book this tour, they were terrible, unresponsive and showed a complete lack customer care and service.
David and the Gallery were amazing!!!! hoverever….
16 out of 20 participants bought an English Speaking tour, the other 4 had Spanish speaking tickets. The guide supplied by ‘Tour of Italy’ (who spoke excellent English) would not conduct the tour in English despise 100% of participants agreeing that outcome. The guide was extremely rude. The call to the company resulted in an offer to reschedule to another day, which none of the group could do. The guide gave the 16 English speakers tickets to enter, by then 1hr 20mins past our scheduled entry time. To rub salt into the open wound, we had to pay another 6 Euro to get an audio guide having already paid $107 AUD for a guided tour in English, and a fast tracked entry!!! DO NOT BOOK THROUGH‘Tour of Italy’
