Versailles Palace Skip the Line Guided Tour with Gardens Access

The meeting spot was easy to find and we didn’t wait long to start our tour. Our guide was very informative and enhanced the tour. We added the option to tour the gardens which is a must but our only complaint is the price was a little high for a family of 4.

Versailles was beautiful and educational. Our guide, Francesco was funny, entertaining, had great jokes, shared great detail, and made our experience fun. The painting were so emotional and beautiful

Our tour guide Sergio was top notch! He really made Versailles come alive for us. We had our two children 8 and 6 with us and also made sure to make it interesting for them. Very thoughtful.

This experience with Viator was memorable because of the complete disorganization. Upon arriving, and bring prompt to the meeting point, we were told that a technical glitch had caused our reservation not to be processed, and that they were having trouble even getting us into the Palace, let alone for a tour. Funny enough, the technical glitch didn't stop Viator from taking our money!!!!!
In the end, the main tour rep did her best to get us In to the Palace and Gardens at Versailles, BUT WE WAITED FOR ALMOST 2 HOURS AND DID NOT GET THE TOUR!
I will be contacting Viator for a refund based on this experience. Since Viator is well aware of this, a good marketing strategy would be to contact customers themselves directly. That would go a long way. Quite unfortunate, indeed!!

Our guide, Francesco, was wonderful! He was very knowledgeable and made the experience so much fun. We learned a lot and had many laughs. Highly recommend!

The palace and gardens are superb to visit. But the experience with the tour organisation is not good. We had to wait a long time in the line anyways, the audio equipment was of poor quality, and the tour was a bit rushed. Many people in our group left midway to do the tour by themselves. In hindsight, we should have done the tour ourselves, along with an audio guide.

We had skip the line ticket but had to wait as another tour group was late! I think that was not my problem . Then the tour guide had a VERY strong Chinese accent and I had a hard time picking up her English information . We got random information in each room instead of scripted . Was so disappointed after spending 266aud and could have done the tour direct buying at the palace door was a waste of money to pay for guide although the palace and grounds with it
As a summary less information properly presented would have been better

Awful we fell ill with covid, I contacted Virtar and they would not refund the money. We have booked with them before but but can't believe they would refund.

Our tour was very crowded, which isn’t Paris TRIP’s fault. Our tour guide, Emmanuel, was awesome and filled with knowledge. We definitely learned a lot and saw how miraculous Versailles is!

The tour guide was great and her explanation of each room was very informative. Glad we scheduled a tour and skipping the line to get in was well worth the money.
