We have problems to meet the tour guide. The contact telephone is US Tel , no answer.
The tour guide did not called us.
With the tripadvisor can NOT entrer sagrada familia. It need the tickets from the official website but already sold out. So we missed our chance to visit sagrada familia. Terrible experience.

The tour was actually canceled but we were never notified. I only found out because I hit “chat with your guide” after no one showed up and it said canceled. However, I got a text saying prepare for your tour and even a message to leave a review.

Jose was an excellent guide and the tour provided fascinating info. It was well worth it and we would recommend it. The earlier the time slot, the better because there are less crowds.
