Sania was great. Very informative and great insider knowledge. Loved her perspective especially on the oldest building/home in Champs Elyse and the wheat festival.

Sophie was an excellent guide. As expected the area was crowded but Sophie knew small areas where we could gather to hear each segment of her descriptions as we circumnavigated Notre Dame. The crypt was an essential part of our week in Paris as it displayed the history from neolithic times to the present.

Denise was a wonderful tour guide. Very informative pointing out many sites along the way that I wouldn't have otherwise noticed.

Our guide was knowledgeable and shared a lot of information with us as we walked along the Champs- Élysées Street to the Arc. However, for such an expensive tour, one would expect to receive tickets to ride the elevator to the top of the Arc instead of having to climb the 284 steps.

We were on this tour with R-T in early August. Experience first tells you to look for a guide wearing orange. R-T had no orange at the meeting place under statue of CDG.
The walking tour of Champs-Elysee was pretty much a waste of time. The group was large and spread out, and we had no way of actually hearing the commentary provided by R-T (no microphone, no head sets).
At the end, you get e-mailed the Arc access tickets. Skip the walking tour and just go to Arc. It was great.

Uninteresting narrative. The little information conveyed seemed straight out of People Magazine!
The tickets for the Arc visit were not transmitted on time so that the guide had to improvise by sending emails “on the fly”

Guide Russell is really nice and friendly, as well as patient. He makes sure everyone can hear him all the way walking to the Arc and answer every question we have. Really nice guy!
