Don’t touch this company. Took my booking for Christmas Day. And then refunded and cancelled. When I called today said “our prices are different that day. I have 3 kids 2 autistic don’t expect me to go out on Xmas day for that money”. Well I have kids and family too and you just wrecked all our plans, thank you very much for nothing. Oh and still advertising the same prices. Contacting the ACCC and fair trading now for false advertising.
This review is not about them charging you extra for a public holiday, it is that they have a clear advertised price on their booking system and allowed me to book at that price.
Took my money and then refunded.
She was extremely rude. And made it clear she does Xmas day. Then responded to my Facebook review stating she has to pay her staff. Doesn’t get the point that it’s not about her prices, it’s about the fact they took my booking at an agreed price via the contract on “THEIR” own website and booking platform.
