This was a once in a lifetime experience- I felt like a Queen. Nijr, my masseuse, was my guide throughout the two hour event. She spoke enough English, made me feel comfortable, and attended to all of my needs. I was pleasantly surprised by the bath experience- incredibly clean with the marble hammam. Also, it was not a bath in the American way (I had envisioned a hot tub experience), but have no fear- no prolonged soaking in dirty, sitting, shared water. It was more like a shower and intensive exfoliation. The bubble massage was my favorite part-magical is how I would describe the lightness of the bubble foam. FYI, while you are never completely nude, you are topless in a shared space with your female attendant and other women. It felt very natural. Do this at the beginning of your trip- unable to tolerate the exfoliation if you have a burn! I am glowing! And I smell amazing!

What an amazing time. Easy to get to - right in the middle of the Hagia Sofia and Blue Mosque. The place is spotlessly clean, the staff are really nice and helpful, explaining the process and such. I left feeling revived and refreshed. Highly recommend anyone to try it out.
