Was supposedly upgraded to a two pass, but was denied entry into the forum. We visited the Colosseum on a Saturday, and was told we had until Monday (48 hrs) to visit the forum. We showed up and upon scanning of our tickets, they read invalid. Apparently there is some confusion between the vendor and the colosseum ticket office. So we wasted a Monday morning with this, and our group of 10 were highly disappointed! So I didn’t get what I paid for, and all the vendor offered was a 20% discount on another service through them. No thank you! Why would I give you all any more money? I was also told that “we will be talking to the Colosseum on what happened and will offer a refund”. That hasn’t happened and I doubt it will! So lesson learned, book directly through the official ticket office and not these third party vendors!

This was my wife and I third time in Rome, but first time with our children. We were presently surprised with a free upgrade to a 2 day Full Experience pass which included access to the Arena floor of the Colosseum and to the museums, exhibitions, and super sites of the Forum! This definitely came in handy cause we were able to visit the Colosseum upon arriving in Rome late afternoon and then take our time to tour the Forum the next day. I booked this service through Viator, but will book directly with Now to Rome on our next visit!

We received the tickets a day in advance via WhatsApp. Very nice and helpful contact.
Instead of standing in a long line, we were able to use a special entrance. With control, the waiting time was max. 10 minutes.

This was an easy tour to go with. The confirmation was sent by email and then the actual tickets were sent to my WhatsApp a day or two before. I screenshotted them, which I suggest, just in case your wifi is slow. The “skip the line” Colosseum entrance is the line just a little bit to right of the tour group entrance, and it’s for people that already purchased tickets in advance. This really helped! They let you in and you must go through the security check point line. We went at 1530 which is very very busy but it was fine. Everyone is there to be a tourist too. So just go with it. I’m super glad we did the pre purchase and this agency was easy to work with.

All very well. It's a little confusing to receive the tickets so late, but they send them on time and you can enter without a problem. The lines go quickly and you can see the Colosseum, Forum and Palatine Hill, so it's quite affordable. It is a totally recommended experience.
