The self- guided tour with the app leaves much to be desired. Not only is it too long, the app presumes you peruse every masterpiece in the galleries. I personally recommend a tour guide would be the best way to fully immerse oneself into
appreciating the artists’ masterpieces at the Prado Museum.

Definitely not worth the cost and remember under 18 is free. The audio tour is out of date and refers to paintings that are no longer there or are in a different room. Wish we had just waited in line (which was not long).

We had a wonderful time with an audio guide in the app. I didnt understand how to download the app first, but I got the help quickly and I can confirm that this tour was more than worth it. Will definetely recommend it to my friends

This was ok. The self guided audio tour discussed art that sometimes wasn’t there or I found in a different room. The pieces that were in the right spot were interesting and told in a way that was easy to follow.
Overall the tour was a little long for me.

That was amazing! While our daughter slept, my wife and I each explored the museum exhibit at our own pace while listening to the audio guide. The admission ticket was inside the app and it was convenient, just showed the ticket at the entrance, walked through and started listening to the audio tour. We will be trying other in-app audio tours! Love it!

We paid to skip the line, however this was not recognised by the museum. We were told there was no such thing and had to stand in an enormous queue despite having tickets. It would have been significantly cheaper and just as fast to join the non-ticket queue as entry was just $15 euro per person. The museum itself was great. We also decided to pay the $5 for the museum audio which was excellent rather than the app audio which used a lot of data. We would not recommend buying this experience. However every other tour experience we have booked has been excellent.

DO NOT buy this! False advertising. You might still have to wait in line for hours!!
We tried to get a refund minutes after purchasing once we realized we would have to wait in line for over 2 hours to get into the museum.
