Zipping is a thrilling adventure with a bird’s eye view! Families, friends, and groups of all kinds love soaring through the green hills of Fontanel, through the trees in our majestic old growth forest on 9 separate zip lines covering about 1.5 miles of terrain. Zippers sail through the air on steel cables, secured in a safety harness and attached to a zip pulley system. Zip tours operate year-round. Experience zipping during every season!
Originally built in 1988 for country music superstar Barbara Mandrell, Fontanel was envisioned to be a place of peace and harmony set in the beautiful Whites Creek Valley of Nashville, Tennessee. In 2010 its doors were opened to the public. Since then, Fontanel has become one of Nashville’s premier music and lifestyle destinations.

This was so much fun! We were two adults with two girls ages 10 and 13 and we all loved it! Sutherland and Cap were our guides and they were the best! This is a great activity when you need a break from city-life and want to get outside. The scenery is beautiful and you'll have a blast!

Our tour guides were funny, clever guys whom I found very amusing. The ziplining itself was fun and for the price, on par with what I expected. It wasn’t extravagant but also not very pricing. Facilities were clean. No complaints and would return again

Awesome experience zip lining in the TN forest!
A good mix of short hike along with the sip line. The staff were friendly and funny too.

I took my son and 2 of his friends zip lining here for their senior trip. Everything was easy from purchasing tickets to getting there. The guys had a really good time. Since I didn’t ride the van back to the area and participate, all I can say is they had a really good time.

The staff are very welcoming and pleasant to be around. This being my 1st time doing this I had a hard time controlling myself. After mentioning it to an instructor they gave me all the tips I needed. I instantly seen improvement which made it more fun plus knowledge to carry on to my next experience with ziplining.

This was both exhilarating and terrifying. I have a horrible fear of heights but I did it!! I made it all the way to the end!! The boys Cap and Brennan were so kind and patient. This place was awesome!
