My tour guide name was Mr. Ryu and he was one of the best tour guides - He took is to the best places and showed us the places that my eyes never saw. He was kind, sweet and good explainer- he’s time was up but still he showed us extra other places. I was very satisfied with my Japan tour. I recommend everyone to choose Mr.Ryu for tour guide. Mr.Ryu knows everyone in Japan and he can speak their language as well. Thank you Mr.Ryu

Our private tour included Mt. Fuji and Hakone.
We had an excellent time on our tour in May 2024. We saw many sights and were provided insightful information from our English speaking guide. He also took photographs of us which helped capture the memories. Highly recommended service.

I have always wanted to visit Mt Fuji ever since i was a young kid, and the trip did not disappoint one bit I truly loved every minute.
It was such a beautiful place to visit and all of the surrounding areas were also spectacular. It was snowing on Mt Fuji the day we visited which if we could have seen would have been amazing.
I would recommend anybody who visits Japan to make Mt Fuji top of their places to visit list. A truly wonderful and never to be forgotten experience.
My guide was a brilliant guy who was really knowledge and made the experience perfect for me so i cannot thank him enough. We both I believe had a wonderful time.

We really enjoyed our tour with Ryu. He gave us a great view of life in Japan as well as planning a fun itinerary with lots of information provided. This saved heaps of hassle personally planning the day and getting to and from places within Mt Fuji, and Hakone. He was professional and a great driver. The car was clean, spacious and comfortable for the trip.
If I could do it again I would focus the day on Mt Fuji, since my kids didn't want to do Hakone hot springs or the boat cruise, so it would have saved time traveling between the two and we could have spent more time at the museum Ryu took us to.
Additionally he helped us locate and arrange shipment of a lost backpack we managed to leave behind traveling Kyoto to Tokyo which we were extremely grateful for. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. Thanks so much!

Flexible and as an added bonus understanding with our kiddo! We were able to see all the amazing sites we wanted, adjust itinerary and we had a great tour!

Best tour you can do for Mt. Fuji and Hakone. Ryu, our guide, was exceptional. Ryu is very familiar with all the activities as well as quite informative of the history and culture of Japan. Very flexible during the day and ensuring everyone's comfort and making sure we spend a memorable day with seeing all the can't miss out on spots in the most convenient way possible. Highly recommend you book this tour.

We did this day trip in April 2024, Ryu was a great guide, he got us going early and we were able to avoid some of the heavier crowds, Ryu was very knowledgeable about the history of the places we went to, he made all the stops enjoyable even for the kids. We lucked out with the weather and had clear sunny skies. Vehicle was also very comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Ryu gave us amazing context, history and plenty of guidance! He was flexible and knowledgeable. It was everything we could want in a tour! We went with 3 kids (4,9,11) and he kept them happy, found us good snack spots and helped prepare us well for long walks or drives.
