Join us for a leisurely 90-minute cruise departing from the Man of War Steps near the Sydney Opera House, designed to showcase the spectacular Vivid Festival's lights and arts displays. Our route takes you around Sydney's inner harbour, starting from the Opera House, moving towards the Harbour Bridge, circling past Goat Island and Darling Harbour, and weaving through the Barangaroo and Millers Point foreshore, with a close-up of the vibrant exhibits at Walsh Bay and Circular Quay.

Onboard, enjoy the option to purchase freshly made woodfired pizzas from our award-winning chef, straight from our onboard oven at the boat's stern. There's also a well-stocked bar in the main deck area for drinks. The boat features three separate open viewing decks for you to enjoy the bright lights and artistic installations of the festival. Experience this journey on a beautifully restored ex ferry.

This boat trip was a disaster, we were met at the Man o war steps, the swell was so strong it was hard to load people on, especially older people, children and those with strollers. There was no H&S briefing so had no idea if there were life belts on board. There was no commentary and it was very hard to mover around the boat. We were moved to the bow and the access way was very narrow, a pregnant lady tried to get past me on the access way and couldn't until everyone moved off the access way.
While the lights were good, we had a better view the day before from walking over the Harbour bridge and with no commentary, we had no idea where we were or the meaning of the lights.
Very disappointing and wouldn't use this cruise again,

Don’t even think about booking. There’s only enough seats for a quarter of passengers to sit. The bar is made of discount alcohol and soft drink bottles. The bottom deck has no views, the top deck is a balancing act, so only 80 people are allowed up at once. If you give up your spot on top you’ll never get it back, the teenager counting will ensure that. The pizza…smells good, and when you stuck cramped like sardines drinking tiny glasses of $8 water, nothing to do but discuss your disappointment. Well, they know that at some point in the hours you’re trapped, you will order a pizza…no matter the price. The hygiene practices are nonexistent. And yet I truly believe the only one that should be paid on this boat is the chef, who literally put his sweat, sweat and tears into keeping the coals from dancing across the deck when a bump shakes everyone awake back into the living nightmare they tried to escape into dreams as they waited in line to be let up onto the top deck where they can just breathe, let alone see the lights. I know you get what you pay for, but I should be the one getting paid.

This review is for the 10 pm tour. The Festival stops at 11 pm, so by the time the boat circles back around by the opera house, the light show is over and you can't get the good pictures. I'm sure the tour is great if you book an earlier time, but this time slot is unnecessary.

Great views of Vivid. The employees were very nice. We thought it would be a bit more lively, but we had fun. They ran out of pizza before our 10pm run and we had not eaten, so that was a bit of a bummer.
