We waited an hour at stop 6 in the freezing cold to go back to stop 1. They are not every 20 minutes as advertised. You have to do the full circuit which took 2 hours. It was even more cold on the bus downstairs. No heating. Very drafty and absolutely freezing. There’s barely any bus lanes in Brussels so you’re just stuck in traffic going through multiple traffic lights. Waste of money. Get an Uber instead. The commentary is terrible with awful music. We had no time on our return to get dinner as it took so long and we had a train to catch. I’ve been on many city bus tours and this is the worst yet.

pitiful organization. Find the stops in town...? know when the bus will come...? On the bus, where do you ring the bell to stop...?
The commentary from the headphones is completely out of sync with what we see: late, early, it depends...never when it should. This activity, successful by many companies in many cities, is an opportunity to waste time and money!

It got us around Brussels, but I think lots of things could’ve been done much better.
We first tried to get on at stop 9, but on arrival there was no way a bus would be stopping due to roadworks.
This could easily be updated on the app to let you know stop 9 is out of service, I noticed later on in the day it said stop 11 was not being used due to unforeseen roadworks, so it’s obviously possible.
On the route there were several times I saw some people stand up as if to get off at a stop and the bus driver only just seemed to pause. There was no time for them to get off, they never even made it to the stairs. The driver on the second day seemed better but he was just shouting from his cab, I only heard that as we sat downstairs and I didn’t have my earphones in that time.
Would also help if the signs at the bus stop were numbered too. They were hard to see and sometimes didn’t match where it suggested it was on the app.
The commentary is awful. It could be much more informative and play less of the annoying music. It would be helpful to tell you which side of the bus the sight they’re talking about is on….an announcement of which number stop you’re at/approaching would’ve good as it was hard to distinguish.

A very good transport service, with a route that helps you see and visit several sights and attractions in Brussels. In general, it runs well, but as the traffic is congested at certain times, the bus may be late.
The buses are well equipped, clean and the company staff is extremely kind and friendly.

The traffic, bad metro net and the scarity of parking space require a different means of transportation. The TooT bus is one of them. While the explanations are badly timed and less informative and the stops are way off most sights, it is still convenient are comparably cheap when booked via internet. But I have seen better in most other European cities.

Stood in the cold and rain for an hour waiting for a bus that never came. Turns out the pickup address on the website AND the app were both wrong. The actual address was only correct on their printed material. How hard would it be to update the app and website?!?!?! I tried repeatedly to contact their customer service, but no one has ever responded.

Really, really bad. The audio was out of sync, and not particularly interesting or helpful commentary. Terrible sign posting, it could be hard to find the stop. Or it flat out wasn't where it said it was.
There was a lot of construction in the city, so I don't know if that was a factor, but we seemed to follow a different path than advertised at times. Bus wouldn't stop even if you pressed the button (which in my experience with similar companies, you usually don't have to press the button at all) we were the only two on the bus, pressed the button, and he still didn't stop.
Unhelpful staff, no information or anything given up front. No help with locating stops.
Do not go on this tour. The stops aren't even close to where they say they are. You're better off taking a walking tour instead.
