It was truly incredible. We enjoyed a pleasant stroll up the mountain, and every challenging step was rewarded with breathtaking views. Following that, we indulged in a soothing session at the hot springs, feeling relaxed and at ease. Later, our driver kindly escorted us to sample some local coffees. Both the driver and our mountain guide were exceptionally friendly and supportive throughout our excursion. Overall, it was a truly wonderful morning and a memorable experience. 😊

We are very grateful for the experience we have had with our guide Ketut. He has made the trekking enjoyable by telling us many stories about the volcano and, in general, Balinese culture. He prepared a picnic for us and also taught us some cool tricks with the volcano's steam. Thanks Ketut, I wish there were more people like you! 🙏🏼

Our guide, Agus, was so lovely and friendly and truly a pleasure to walk . He was great at taking photos for us too- some of the best photos from our trip! It was really neat having an egg cooked by the volcano too. Would have been even better if we had better views but the weather/ clouds can't be helped- it is an active volcano after all.

Absolutely an incredible experience. I could not recommend this company and tour experience enough. We had the most amazing guide, Gede Dawan, that lead us to the top. BEAUTIFUL view and great scenery. Look at the weather before you head up & make sure you feel fit enough, it’s not for the faint of heart!

A big thank you to our guide Komang who helped make our hike fun and enjoyable! Komang is super friendly and didn’t mind helping the group members who were struggling a bit to keep up. He was personable, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. The hike was a bit harder than we expected, but totally doable and we had an amazing time. Most people chose the sunrise hike, but we were really happy with our choice of the sunset hike. Highly recommend the hike and ask for Komang as your guide!

My guide was absolutely wonderful and so helpful he arranged for a bike to take me part of the way up as I was struggling. My guide was so patient and kind and let me rest regularly and provided a wonderful lunch I would defiently recommend this trip with my guide

Amazing hike to the top of Mt Batur with a small group and lovely tour guide! The view on the way up was stunning and at the top the guide cooked eggs in the volcanic sand, which was very cool. The transportation to and from the volcano was also timely and comfortable. Despite it being cloudy and not being able to see much sunset, the hike was worth it!

Our trip was excellent! Ketut, our Agus, was friendly, professional, and gave us lots of interesting information. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience.
