Everything is perfect, from the structure, staff, attractions on the hills, organization, view. Everything works very well and very quickly, although it is always very busy, it was super peaceful. With several attractions to eat and buy souvenirs up there.

So nice to have the fast pass!! Cut down our time in line to minutes instead what looked like at least a 45 min line in the mid day sun. Also great to have 1st access on the cable car.

So worth the extra few dollars to buy this skip the line ticket! Highly recommend it. Comes with bottle of water and wait in A/C space.

The place is very nice, well organized, there are several viewpoints above, you can interact with the monkeys.
The Fast pass is not so necessary in low season.

We bought skip-the-line tickets at the terminals at the entrance. A little more expensive. But there are student rates. It's much better . We didn't queue at the entrance or at the 2nd cable car or at the descent. Be careful, the queue can be very long.
Otherwise it’s really amazing, the view is incredible. We went there at sunset. . Plus the gondola ride is nicer. Note that there are bars and restaurants at each stage.

While this “skip the line” doesn’t outline what to do, the staff at the venue were simply amazing! I showed them the voucher, they quickly helped me convert it to a ticket and off I went!
There are still sooo many people but this was a game changer when you are tight on time.

Very bad initial experience. I purchased the fast ticket in advance (without queues) whose description is to arrive and board and/or wait in the Lounge designated for this ticket category, which we paid R$100/pax for this benefit. Detail, I took the printed tickets with the QR Code.
Date of visit: 04/20/2024.
Expect to see the sunset on Urca hill. We arrived at 4:30 pm and only boarded at 5:30 pm after my inquiry, as I was in a queue, along with the priority queue by law. The attendant Julia, who pulled the lines according to her criteria, was extremely rude and mocking when I asked her why we weren't asked to board or even stay in the Lounge, given that she was repeatedly prioritizing the normal line. Then she ironically replied that she was following orders and asked if I wanted my money back or make a complaint through the website, otherwise I should continue in the queue. I replied that the only thing I demanded was that she respect what they sold me, board quickly, and that she enforce what is printed on the ticket. She left her position, went to a person who was on the stairs, then he authorized our boarding, along with people who were in the same queue and didn't even have a ticket. Total disorganization!
Conclusion: we missed the sunset.
Experience well below expectations and for the price we paid: R$285.00/ticket. We were 4 people.

This is the only way to visit here. Effortless and plenty of time at each station on the journey to the top. You must remember to PRINT your voucher to redeem your tickets. Excellent value and great if you have limited time in the city.

Take my advice. Get the Fast Pass. Worth every penny. I went a sunset, which is an extremely busy time and I did not have to wait at all and the lines were sooo long. Best thing out there.
