Yibran is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the real Mexico City food scene. A must for foodies. His wife Daniella welcomed us into their home and served us fruit, sweet tamale and REAL Mexican hot chocolate. 5 star+, he’s really a great guy that speaks impeccable English.

This was an amazing experience with lots of tasty foods and drinks. Yibran, our guide, was a very helpful, experienced and knowledgeable professional. He took us to very authentic mexican eateries that we would otherwise never find as tourists. We‘ve had the chance to experience and taste Mexico like a native local which was really special. We even were welcome in his home where his lovely wife treated us to homemade desert and some national drinks. A fantastic street food tour of Mexico City that immersed us into local cuisine like nothing we had expected. Our knowledge guide Gibran was raised and lives in those neighborhoods, and brought us to the best places that he and his family used to frequent since he was a young child. From Birria, to fish tacos, to a visit to a splendid local market, and an invitation to his own house, where his lovely wife Daniela prepared and served us delicious hot chocolate and the best tamale I have ever tasted - this tour had it all. My buddy and I simply had a magnifico afternoon with Danielle and Yibran! My friend didn’t enjoy Mexican food until this experience! Yibran accompanied us through his family’s heritage neighbourhood of Roma and exposed us to the gastronomy of real Life tastes of fresh Mexican cuisine!
Simply put…. Incredible! Yummy! Flavourful!
As we walked through the streets of Roma you felt the warmth of the people through their smiles! Yibran is a very gracious host, not only did we experience 6 different stops in this tour plus a walk through their local market but he invited us back to his home to get a feel of true authentic Mexican hospitality and a chance to meet his wife Danielle for a light dessert to cap off never to forget afternoon!

One of the best food tours I’ve been on! Yibran took us to places we would have never went on our own, from street carts to local restaurants, and knew exactly what to order. We even had a stop in his home which was a nice and unique touch. A true glimpse into local cuisine that represents Mexican cuisine!
