Excellent tour ... driver was able to pick us up at the hotel on short notice. Communication was excellent via WhatsApp. We were dropped of at all of the sties and allowed to explore at our own pace. More explanation of the sites would have been nice, but was not expected based on the tour description.

Bad. You basically just get a driver, that’s all. The driver does not speak English and doesn’t know anything about Kyoto. Ours didn’t even live there. The description is completely inaccurate. The driver said he learned English on the job… too expensive for what you get. Highly advise against this experience.

Our driver was so helpful and friendly. We had a very challenging day with heavy downpours and he took us to every place we wanted to go. We had a great experience.

My family of 4 people only had one day to do sightseeing and having a private driver was very convenient. Our driver was pleasant and was flexible to our requests for pick up and drop off. Kyoto was very crowded with tourists and traffic was terrible at the time of our visit. Having a private driver helped made our short visit to Kyoto more enjoyable and we were able to visit all the sites on the list.

An extremely efficient way to see many sites in one day without the stress of trying to negotiate public transportation. Lexi was a very good and careful driver and gave us good directions when we arrived at the various sites. I would have appreciated more information on each place before we arrived.

Mex was great, he was fluent in English and flexible in adding to itinerary. He took us to JR station to buy bullet train tickets. Excellent guide and driver!

We had one full day in Kyoto and this was absolutely worth it to see the best of Kyoto in one day. We had our 16 year old and 7 year old with us, so a family of four. Matsu was our driver and was a good, safe driver and very friendly. The vehicle was nice and comfortable. So convenient to be picked up from the hotel and dropped back to the hotel.

Matsu was a great driver. He suggested and recommended places to go and didn't rush us and always told us to take our time. It was always easy to find him after we were done with our stopover. We never had to wait long.
This excursion was good for us because it was hassle free since we had a driver to take us to the relevant spots in Kyoto and we didn’t need to worry about how to get from place to place. We also liked not having a tour guide follow us around as it gave us more freedom.
