I can 100% recommend the course.
We made Tiramisu, Gnocchi and Ravioli from scratch. Everything was organized, our instructor/teacher was engaged and very nice and caring. I was very happy during the class and with the results.

The class was incredibly detailed and easy to follow. I felt that each dish was thoroughly described, and the instruction was very clear to follow. The outcomes of the dishes were terrific and Liù was an amazing instructor. The gnocchi was the best I ever tasted, the pasta was incredibly flavorful, the tiramisu was delicious, and the wine paired perfectly. I highly recommend this class to anyone visiting Milan and it will be worth your time and money.

What an excellent experience! We had so much fun & eat amazing food that we made ourselves! The chefs were very knowledgeable and helpful to make sure we had delicious 😋 food! We have had a wonderful time in Italy and this was the best part!

Make the dish at home for friends. I am now hooked on homemade pasta.

Liu and Francesco were incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable! The food we made was one of the best I’ve ever had (thanks to their amazing instructions and help) and the wine was delicious! If you have the opportunity to take this cooking class, I 11/10 recommend!

Francesco and Kia are a great team, lovely atmosphere, great recipes, lots of tips and tricks for foodies, plenty of hands on stuff, if you want it, great wine and delicious food. A lovely time.

We had a class with Chef Liu and really enjoyed our time making gnocchi, ravioli, and tiramisu. Our class was small (3) for the day, which was good for my wife and I to learn the techniques. Chef Liu was entertaining and helpful. She picked some very good Prosecco and Red wine. The gnocchi and ravioli we made were very delicious. It really does make a difference when you make it yourself. The tiramisu was the best one we've ever had and was for sure the highlight of the class. Definitely will do this again when we come back!

We had a great time making 3 iconic dishes from the start.. Liu was very supportive, knowledgable and she knows cooking. We were so lucky. To the eat the dishes with some lovely Prosecco Andrew wine topped off a perfect end to a Milanese visit. Don’t forget to ask her what she eats after cooking class!!!! LOL
