Great tour. The tour leader was nice, really interesting. Even though the tour is in English, it is very easy to understand. The screen in the bus to highlight the places visited and provide context is a plus for the visit

Our driver Dan picked us up right in our hotel lobby at the Loews - loved that the tour van was small and seated about 10 people - the van was super comfortable and Dan was super friendly , he was super informative and made the tour so much fun - he was a very good driver - we had him last year when we visited and enjoyed being with him so much we were hoping we would have him as our guide again yesterday and we did - so please know what an amazing guide he was - we will go on the tour again next time we visit! Dear Star Trek Tours Management,
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the experience I had with your company on Mother's Day, Sunday, May 12th, 2024.
Having purchased the Explorer Pass, I eagerly made a reservation for the 7 p.m. tour on Mother's Day, a special occasion for my family. I meticulously followed your directions and contacted your company by telephone to secure my reservation. I was assured that my reservation was confirmed, and I was even reminded to arrive 15 minutes early. Additionally, I inquired about parking, which was courteously addressed, and my phone number was recorded.
Imagine my shock when I arrived an hour early on Sunday, only to be informed that my reservation did not exist. Despite showing evidence on my phone of the reservation I had made, I was initially told that there was no record of it. Subsequently, I was informed that the reservation was for Saturday, despite no attempt to contact me and confirm this change. Moreover, there was no record of any attempted phone call to notify me of this alleged change.
To compound matters, when I suggested scanning my passes to join the tour, I was told that the tour could not accommodate two people. Nowhere in the fine print was this limitation mentioned, leaving me puzzled and frustrated by this arbitrary restriction.
To add insult to injury, I was advised to wait until 6:45 p.m. to see if more people booked the tour, further inconveniencing me and my family on what was supposed to be a special day.
The lack of organization, communication, and customer service exhibited by your company is utterly unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expected to be treated with respect and professionalism, neither of which was evident during my interaction with your staff.
Rest assured, I will be sharing my disappointing experience on every social media platform available to me. It is disheartening that what should have been a memorable and enjoyable experience turned into a complete debacle due to the incompetence and negligence of Star Trek Tours.
I sincerely hope that you will take this feedback seriously and take appropriate measures to ensure that other customers do not have to endure such a frustrating ordeal in the future.

DJ was absolutely awesome and made this tour very special and enjoyable.
His enthusiasm was infectious and when the tour was complete I got off the bus buzzing.

The description of this tour was misleading. The tv monitor did not show the inside of any celebrity homes. It showed film clips of movies that were filmed in the general vicinity. Since it was an evening tour, it was very difficult to see any celebrity homes. The evening tour should not be an option as you can’t see anything. Mention of the Hollywood sign was barely touched upon. As the traffic was bad going into WeHo as it was Saturday night, the driver took a detour and we didn’t get to see the Sunset strip. His jokes were lame and not funny at all. Nobody laughed. All he did was point to houses and say so-and-so lives here or used to live there. Not very interesting or enlightening commentary. I wanted to take this tour so I could learn something new. I didn’t learn anything from this tour. He pointed out Lucille Ball’s house and when I asked who lives there now, he said he didn’t know. He told us a story of having left behind two 12-year-olds on the overlook on Mulholland Drive and it wasn’t until later that the parents told him they left the kids behind. He said the only reason he didn’t get fired was because he got his boss a case of wine. Like what?!? Very disappointing tour. Tour guides need to put their own spin on their commentary, show a little enthusiasm and don’t just quote things by rote. And don’t tell stupid jokes as a filler for two hours. And PLEASE, don’t offer 7pm evening tours because you won’t get your money’s worth. I honestly thought it was going to be like a Paris evening tour, with everything lit up and beautiful things to see. Not so with this one. Save your money and skip this tour.

The tour was very good, the guide is very fun! I would have liked to have more time in the most important spots to take some photos, but it is understood that there are other cars circulating. It's worth it!
