They are very organized and pick up me at the exact time indicated. They comunícate all the time by WhatsApp or text. The car is very comfortable, the boat cruise is excellent. All the employees are very nice with the tourist. I have a misunderstanding with the ending time and they are very flexible to help me. They go beyond the expectations to help me arrive to the airport on time. Customer service #1.

The cruise was Fabulous, everything was nice . It's a very nice experience and enjoyable to see the city with all parts. I strongly recommend it for everyone.

Relaxing day on the water while seeing great sights and meeting other travelers. Hotel transport, staff, and tour audio was very good, recommend this tour.

Everything was great from pick up to drop off , the only thing we didn’t like there was no Arabic guide on board the crew said that day the guide was not feeling well, my family couldn’t understand English so it was difficult for them and me as well because I was interpreting for them, overall it was a great experience to do in Istanbul thanks to the team who helped and assisted us . Highly recommended

I used a pick up and drop off service and the sunset boat tour. The pick up and drop off service all went well, the driver was waiting for me when I went out from the airport. Car was comfortable. Also, The boat tour was one of the best tour Ive done jn Istanbul. It was organized very well. I'd like to thank Mr. Massi for being professional at his job and organizing my enquiries as requested and promised. As a solo traveler I didn't feel I was alone in a big city thanks to all professionals who were there, thumbs up.
