We had half day tour with Waqas Afridi. It was an amazing experience!!! Couldn’t have been any better. Waqas was our tour guide took very good care of us. He is always smiling, pleasant guy and has good knowledge. Explains every details during the tour. I took the tour with him second time, and this time for a visiting friend and his family. Whole family loved the experience. They came all the way from India and this is an experience they really loved thanks to our amazing tour guide Waqas . His navigation was very excellent and safe as well. He always ask our preference and ensures our comfort which I liked. I would highly recommend the desert safari with Waqas to anyone who would like take friendly and experienced guide. His father Afridi is also an amazing person and ensure our requirements are always met.

Best safari ride ever by falcon tours. Naveed Afridi is our car rider and kids really enjoyed desert safari ride with him. He did many drifts and enjoyed thoroughly. Thanks to Falcon Tours. Best tour pacaoage.

I didn’t know what to expect from this tour. It was way more fun than I was expecting! Mujahid was a great driver and really kind to my kids. It was fantastic and I definitely recommend!

This tour was so much fun, and I’m so glad I can tick these activities off the bucket list. Our tour guide Mujahid was an excellent driver throughout the dunes and made the whole experience so much fun. Would definitely recommend for a trip in Doha.

We had a great morning in the dessert with our guide Mujahid.
Pickup from the hotel with communication upfront via whatsapp on the location and time.
Just before entering the dunes, we made a short stop with the option to ride camels, make pictures with a falcon and drink some local tea.
After that the real adventure began. Mujahid is a very skilfull driver. The drive through the dessert and over the dunes was really amazing. This is a real experience.
Afterwards there was the option to sandboard (don"t forget to bring shoes....) and visit the inland sea near the border.

We booked the trip through Get your Guide and everything went smoothly!
Our guide Mujahid informed us in the morning via WhatsApp when exactly he would pick us up and was there on time.
On the way to the dunes, he showed us many sights from the car and explained everything to us. He spoke very good English, was very communicative and very personable!
First we went camel riding and drank tea together. He always takes lots of pictures of us with our cell phone.
After that we went "dune bashing" & that was an absolute highlight! He is such a good driver and it was almost like riding a roller coaster! The family with children who were in the car with us also had a lot of fun - so it was designed for young and old.
Then we went sandboarding and to the inland sea, which was another highlight.
After that Mujahid drove us back to our hotels.
Water and an air-conditioned car were also provided.
All in all a really nice day trip - just recommend it!

Pretty crazy to ride a camel then dune-buggying in the sand. Take the time to do this, if you can. You pay additional for every little thing, though, including the falcon on the head.

I have been on 4 similar excursions in both Doha and Dubai, and this was the best. Plenty of time spent dune bashing and driving in the desert, and the camel ride actually was of perfect length. Guide was great, but sometimes hard to hear comments while traveling. All in all, well worth the cost and time.

Amazing tour! Tariq took such great care of everything and made me feel so safe the whole time! 10/10 would recommend. It's my favorite thing I did in Qatar!
