Good communication, easy to find. Driver was very helpful and accommodating. We didn't have our exact address but he tried to help us find the place (eventually I found the address and then it was easy).

My flight got delayed out of my control I got charged extra $16 dollars. I don’t think it’s fair when I called 18 hours in advance
