If I could give this tour a negative number, I would. They clearly state it's wheelchair accessible, yet after hearing that we had one, they cancelled on us. This was last minute, leaving us to fend for ourselves.

Do not book this tour. Our one day in Kyoto ruined. Contact made the night before the tour saying "kyoto st will be the meeting spot". Not clear instructions at all, and no further contact. I provided them my mobile number and WhatsApp details. Called the phone number, no answer - answering machine in Japanese. I should have read all the other poor review. Take your money and no service. Viator are very understanding and have refunded part of the cost but not full amount - still speaking with them.

What memory? No guide showed up at the Tempozan. I sent a special note few days ago explaining in detail where we will be. I see all the other guides come pick up the passenger but our guide didn’t show up. Called the phone number, no answer. Konnichiwa-Japan is a fraudulent company. Take your money and no service.
