Our driver Walid was amazing! Very prompt in picking us up at airport. Very knowledgeable of the area and gave us recommendations for certain things to do and where to eat.

This transfer made it an easy way to get to the hotel. Driver was on time waiting for us at the exit. Easy way. Would recommend. Made it so easy. Driver was polite and professional. Wii use again

This is a scam! Our flight out of Newark, USA was delayed by about 2 hours, which delayed our arrival time in Rome. Was texting with driver to give updates while we were waiting in a very long line at customs, and i received the first text at 12:42pm. At 12:59pm, I sent a text stating that we were about to meet with customs agent. Texted again at 1:09pm alerting driver we made it to baggage claim and should be out shortly. This is when the driver informed me that he was leaving. I texted that we were waiting on 3 more bags and should be out any minute. We made it to the pick up area at 1:16pm, at which time I texted him again, and several times after that, each text was ignored. I called him and he hung up on me. So, first communication was at 12:42pm, and by 1:09pm driver had apparently had enough and left us high and dry. We then had to then wait 90 minutes in the taxi line. Paid around $200 for this service, and viator has already rejected request for a refund with no explanation. Keep in mind a taxi from FCO costs 50 euros flat fee to central Rome. I will be canceling the other private transfers I booked through viator and I urge you to do the same. Completely untrustworthy.
Keep in mind that this service says they will wait for 1 hour and they supposedly monitor your flight. That is clearly a lie. Also remember that FCO is an incredibly inefficient airport, so if you have to go through customs and/or get your luggage, they will strand you and keep your money. Or in my case, they will strand you in less than 30 minutes.

Everything went just as stated, driver met us with a sign and was waiting for us even though our plane was late. Driver also pointed out items of interest en route to the AB&B. Brought our luggage to the front door. Will definitely use them again.

We were able to change the pick up time easily and the driver was really nice and the car was very clean. He had water for us and was very pleasant expalining we were seeing.We enjoyed the experience.
