Awful experience. Paid for the 2 day pass. Completely disappeared off my account after the first day. Had to pre book all of the activities or places to visit and the reference code wouldn't work for us to book anything. Complete waste of money and time

It's worth taking it off. We took 5 activities. Top of the Rock. The Edge. Night cruise. Empite.One Word Observatory. I put the order that we liked the most. You save more or less 1 of the 5. It's worth it. In May there are few lines so we hardly had to wait nor did we have to go early to make an appointment. We could do everything at the same time without waiting. If you do 1 a day it gives you time to enjoy NY. Just walk around.

First time using GoCity and went to like 8 attractions, of course I saved a lot of money, only the Big Bus costed 55 and it was free for a second day, so that’s about 110 dollars total and I paid 139 for the GoCity ticket. I will definitely use it again, my only advise is that you must be disciplined and a time-managing person if you want to make the best of this tool.

The company take your money and no one seems to know where the bus to catch is located or where and how to go to attractions. I tried to call, email and chat to get my refund and none were available. Chat person kept hitting the repeat button so I never got to put I. My complaint and get my refund. The site they send you to does not have a form for you to fill out, even though it states see form below. The trip cost us 500.00 and we are having a problem with getting our money back. The company is not worth your money. They will take to you as long as you have not bought a ticket, but after that you can’t reach anyone. Stay away from that company.

The card is working really well, and I think worth to buy the All Inclusive pass, but maximum only for 3 days, no more (in Las Vegas). There are some very interesting attractions (not too mutch, the most of are only time wasting). The premium attractions are worth to visit, but attention: read the FaQ! You can visit only 1 premium attraction (with the 3-7 day all inclusive pass), so I think doesn't worth to buy for more than 3 days. Actually I used the card only for 2 days, in this time I visited every interesting attractions (exactly 8, but unfortunatelly some were closed). The Cirque du Soleil: KA was my premium choice, I got an excellent place, just for comparison: the price of the seat for one week later cost the same price, like my Go City Card! So it was not bad.
With more premium attractions choice I would give more stars (for example on the 4. day +1 so 2, on the 5. day +1 so 3, and so on).

We took a tour at 5:10 from The Horseshoe to Grand Canyon National Park. Reggie the driver and Aloe the guide were awesome! Do buy the $10 box lunch. It was delicious. Many other attractions are attached to this pass. Do as many as you fit in! Worth every penny!

Most of the attractions we wanted to do were not operating but there was no mention of anything until we arrived to do them or tried to book the morning of. Very disappointing

We are on day 2 of our 3 day pass and it’s very frustrating that we cannot get reservations to most of the items listed. I tried making reservations at 12:01am and then find out you can’t do it until 4am, by 6:00am we can’t even book a wheel or tower reservation. Not great

Overall the savings were significant in the events that we visited which was great. I wish the details on where to get the tickets and access was better described. That is the reason for the average review. We spent a lot of time trying to find ticket offices in the building or the attractions themselves. The biggest issue was with the high roller. You do not just get from the ticket line. You have to scan a QR code to get the email with the link. It would have been great for them to build that into the app. Other issues was poor locations was attractions hidden obscured areas of building. Finally one of last disappointments was the Efile tower observation deck was closed. The app didn’t remove it and you cannot visit it. I would think that they would know if people are not using it and remove it temporarily.
