1. Empire State Building
Take in the whole Empire State Building Experience, including the newly renovated art-deco lobby, the sustainability and historical exhibits, and a free self-guided multimedia tour. See panoramic views of up to five states from the surrounding open-air promenade or from the climate controlled viewing galleries. PLEASE NOTE: reservations are required for this attraction. We recommend visiting after sunset to enjoy views of the city at night!
2. Edge NYC
The Edge is New York City’s most exciting new attraction, set high above the fabulous, glimmering, brand new Hudson Yards! You’ll ride the elevator 100 stories into the sky, then step out in the open air onto a vast viewing platform with the famous skyline right before your eyes. Please note: Visit any kiosk outside the Edge entrance to reserve your entry in the next available time slot. 3. Top of the Rock
Manhattan is all about skylines and Top of the Rock is up there with the best. You'll hop in a glass elevator and whizz 70 floors up to the Top of the Rock Observatory. Comprising both indoor and outdoor spaces, this 55,000 square-foot area is made up of three observation decks that give you unobstructed, 360-degree views of the city, including Central Park, the Hudson River and even Connecticut on a clear day. 5. The National 9/11 Memorial & Museum
The 9/11 Memorial and Museum honor the nearly 3,000 victims of these attacks and all those who risked their lives to save others. Head to the Memorial’s twin reflecting pools that sit in the footprint of where the Twin Towers once stood. PLEASE NOTE: You will need to wait in line to receive a time slot. 6. Statue of Liberty
Visit the grounds of Liberty Island and get unbeatable views of Lady Liberty and downtown Manhattan aboard a ferry. Then, head over to Ellis Island to learn all about American immigration and research your family history at the Ellis Island Immigration Museum. • The New York Explorer Pass is activated the date of first use. Additional attractions purchased are valid up to 60-days after first use.
• Your New York Explorer Pass will be immediately available as your 'ticket' after purchase. To use the app follow instructions on the pass document provided and make sure to update your email address when prompted. You will not be able to use the Go City app nor place advanced reservations, unless you update your email first.

We bought the City Pass with 4 choices. Very easy to use. Some choices you couldn't book a time slot but we got round that. Would recommend and use Viator again. This is the 2nd time of using them, previously used them in Australia. Both times no problems.

What I found bad about the pass was that you couldn't book time slots online for most attractions (except the Empire State Building), so that limited us quite a bit

Company was very unhelpful. They took will charge you for activities you did not do. And then cancel your pass early when they say they had fixed it. Being on holiday, it took up several hours to try and fix. But despite chats and emails they couldn’t fix it. Be prepared to be scammed. Don’t touch with a barge pole.

The explorer pass was easy and convenient to use. Allowed us easy access to attractions like the Empire State Building, Top of the Rock, Liberty Island, Big Bus Hop on Hop Off and helped us save big.

We read many reviews that suggested issues getting this to work.... however, we had no problems whatsoever.
From a bas3bsll game to bikes in Central Oark to The Big Bus, it all worked really well. It also helped us to focus on an itinerary and keep on track on a short stay visit
