Surely you have heard the traditional "Paella Valenciana" many times, however, I suppose you have not had the opportunity to delve into a real kitchen and learn the secrets of this traditional and famous dish from expert chefs.

We are a school with more than 12 years of experience, and from the first day we opened our doors we have made a strong commitment to gastronomic tourism. For us it is exciting and very enriching to be able to transfer a piece of Mediterranean gastronomy to any corner of the world.
We have chefs who are fluent in different languages, so there is no barrier and you can easily discover the most authentic dishes while having a great time, we warn you that there will be plenty of laughter!

Actively involved in the process was great with step by step instructions. The chefs were great at communicating but also super friendly and funny which made for a great atmosphere. The random pairing with strangers in the group is probably one of the best things as you meet new people and have a great time. The sangria also helps! I would have been happy to go again but they did too good of a job in making us a paella experts:)))

The experience was terrific for the parents and our 12 year old son. The entire staff and, Luis especially, was terrific. Patient and helpful and funny. We all learned a lot and had a great time doing it. Highly recommend VCC, Luis, and his team. Go. Learn. Enjoy. Eat.

The entire experience was just fantastic! Our chef/ teacher was really engaging-giving us both great food traditions as well as helpful cooking secrets! He was really good at connecting everyone to the process without anyone feeling like they could not do their part.
Of course the final product was amazing. Well worth it.

A fantastic evening making tortilla and a dessert as well as paella. We left with the recipes and of course our diploma. I'm definitely trying at home now I have all of the tips and techniques.
Great fun with an excellent chef/host.

We thoroughly enjoyed this workshop and learning to cook paella! Luis was a great teacher and it was very interesting to learn all the tips and tricks for the ultimate paella. Also learning to make the Spanish omelet for the appetizer and the sponge cake for dessert was also very interesting. We would highly recommend Luis and this Valencian paella workshop! P.S. If you're going for the 11 AM class, don't eat a full breakfast ;-)

It was so much fun to learn how to make this amazing food. All of the guests were encouraged to participate. The paella and tortilla were so easy and fun to participate. I can’t wait to do this at home!

In addition to paella, we also made Spanish tortilla and a sponge cake. Well taken care of from start to finish. Nice people, good food and learned something too ;) win win!
