I’m giving this a 3 star average review because no where in the description did it clarify that someone would be waiting for me at the WH store outside of the arrival area out of sight from where all the other tour operators were standing with signs. I walked all over for 30 minutes trying to find my driver I never once saw them. I then proceeded to call the number provided on my reservation which sent me to Viator customer service operator who also could not help me and was having issues trying to reach the tour operator. The driver finally found me standing where AGAIN all the other tour operators were standing with plaque cards. Please clarify the meeting way point in your description for future travels or just stand where everyone else is standing.

Driver was polite and helpful with moving our luggage to the parking garage. The company was very responsive to our flight changes. The only problem we had was the 20 minutes wait we had before the driver arrived. I understand having to judge your arrival time without knowing the traffic on the way to the airport and the amount of time it takes for passengers to clear Customs so it wasn't a big deal to wait for a bit.

Our Driver was Ahmed who was wonderful. We basically got a free tour of London, complete with history notes and recommendations, with the ride. We highly recommend to ask for Ahmed.

We needed extra guidance after picking up luggage and glad that the Viator contact information was helpful and the associate was helpful in navigating us to the coffee shop location to meet our driver. The driver was prompt and drove safely but did not appear as described in a blue coat. So, it was a little harder to locate him. He didn’t offer to assist with luggage but did when asked with no issues. Overall, it was a good experience.

Excellent LHR transfer to central London. Easy meet up and nice ride into the city. We even had a little tour of Buckingham Palace and Westminster Abbey and Parliament on the way. Highly recommended.

I booked and paid for a private transfer for my friends from Heathrow to Earls Court, well in all the times I have used Viator this is the worst. The driver wouldn't pick them up as they said they didn't go to that Ibis Hotel. I never gave them any hotel to go to, so my friends ended up catching a taxi. Will never recommend this service to my friends, and your call center people are just the rudest I have ever come across in all my years of travelling
