I will preface this by saying there was a protest in the city, which did close some streets.
However, There was no communication with the company that there was an issue, we had to call them after not hearing anything when they were 20 minutes late. At that stage, the driver "was 10 minutes away" another 20 minutes, we rang them again, 5 minutes away,
It was just lucky we had allowed plenty of time for our flights.

Pickup was actually early. Car was clean and driving was safe and speedy. Made getting to the airport easy given the distance from Incheon Airport to our hotel in Gangnam.

I will always use this company. They are constantly in touch with you from before you leave until after landing. They text or use What's App and respond instantly. As a matter of fact, after our pick up, I scheduled for our return trip to the airport at the end of our trip.

Very nice and comfortable van that accommodated five people and their luggage. The driver name was Mr. Sun and he was waiting with the sign with our names on it and he could speak very good English. I would definitely use them again.

This was a fantastic experience! Our driver met us at our hotel and packed the van so efficiently. Our luggage was quite large but he worked patiently to make it work. He was so kind and friendly. He made us feel very welcome. He also pointed out places of interest that we had missed a long the way. He got us to Incheon airport without any delays. The van was clean and comfy. I highly recommend using them for any airport transfers you may need!

Mr. Ko was waiting for us at the exit with a clearly label name so it made it easy for us to spot him. We were a traveler of 6 people and he for 6 large suitcases and 4 small carry-ons in his van. His van was very clean and very comfortable which was a blessing after sitting on the plane for over 11 hours. He was very professional and a good driver.
