The water was so clear and beautiful, our guide Aaron was so patient with us newbie kayakers yet, and so informative when asked about the surrounding wild life and waterways.

Aaron is very knowledgeable, skilled, and personable! We had an amazing time paddling with him to the nooks and crannies to see the manatees, turtles, gators, and other items of interest along the river at Silver Springs. Aaron was so patient and helpful, even to paddlers not in our group, to make sure everyone was safe and having a good time on the water! The group photos were an added bonus as Aaron often got closer to the object than I could or sometimes wanted to (read: gators!) and his camera and lenses captured much more than my phone ever could. Highly recommend taking this tour!

Our experience was top-notch. Aaron was super professional and patient. My wife and I weren’t exactly pros at kayaking, but Aaron’s handy tips and guidance throughout made us feel super confident. Aaron’s not with some big company, so don’t expect a cookie-cutter tour. You’re in for a real VIP experience: getting up close with wildlife, deep dives into history and stories, and the cherry on top—he snaps awesome pics of your adventure with his pro camera. No need to look at other tours, you won’t regret this one.

Book with Aaron!!! Very informed on the native species and pointed out many spots we certainly would have missed on our own. Gave us the history we even saw sunken boats. Would surely recommend and go again!

Aaron, our guide was very courteous, knowledgeable and easy going. Provided all essentials for the tour at a manageable cost.
He communicated ahead of time and gave clear instructions.
We got to see a manatee, several crocodiles, many turtles and other wildlife. Absolutely recommend it.

Some great memories were made on our kayak tour led by Aaron at Silver Springs. We were appreciative of the small group size, which in our case was just our family. As we had all kayaked before, we were quick to get going in the water and in short order came across a mother manatee and her young. We ended up seeing several manatees up close, a few alligators, turtles, many birds, and even a snake. The monkeys didn't come around when we were there. Aaron's non-hurried approach was great and he gave us time to linger where we found things of interest. We would recommend this tour to others.

My husband & I went kayaking with Aaron at Silver Springs State Park and we had an amazing time! We saw tons of wildlife (manatees, gaters, beautiful birds and monkeys!) and learned about the animals that live near the river and some of the stories about the area. Aaron was super flexible (allowed us to change our trip time the day before we were to meet), and perfectly balanced safety, professionalism and fun! Aaron took many pictures from the trip which he shared with us. The kayaks were comfortable and stable (I highly recommend 2 kayaks vs a double, and sit on top kayaks over clear kayaks for comfort). The trip was a highlight of our week and I highly recommend booking with Aaron for a smaller, more personalized trip versus with a company with large groups. You won't regret a trip with AWA Kayak Tours.

Aaron was so helpful in arranging our tour, he was responsive and very flexible with our requests. We really appreciate how knowledgeable and good natured he is, which made him an excellent guide. We also love how we went above and beyond to take pictures and videos of our manatee encounters so we could come away with some special moments captured on camera. We look forward to kayaking with AWA Tours again!

Aaron gave our family noon tour around silver spring. He is very friendly and knowledgeable about the wild life in silver spring. We had a wonderful kayaking experience.
