It is the largest mosque in Kuwait. Its area spans 45,000 square meters, out of which the building covers 20,000 square meters. The main prayer hall is 72 meters wide on all sides and has teakwood doors.

Where you will learn a lot about Kuwait's old lifestyle and Bedouins in the GCC region for 6 or 7 decades

It was established in 1983 and designed by architect Michel Ecochard

Driving by going to the Desert, the causeway is part of the first phase of the Silk City project.

The Seif Palace was originally designated for the Emir royals. One of Seif Palace's best-known features is the watch tower, covered in blue tiles and with a roof plated in pure gold. Local materials such as clay, rocks, limestone, wood, and metals were used in its construction.

The Sheikh Jaber Al-Ahmad Cultural Centre (JACC), informally known as the Kuwait Opera House, is the largest cultural center and opera house in the Middle East.

Brilliant tour, especially the guide. Walid Amer went out of his way to accommodate my itinerary and the list of places I wanted to see. He was full of facts and figures but didn’t overwhelm me with information. We ended up doing both the city tour and a trip to Failaka Island which I would highly recommend if you like abandoned buildings etc. I felt safe and well looked after throughout the whole experience.

Excellent tour with guide Walid Amer who is not a Bedouin, but well informed and can tell and explain in a very good and understandable way. We -- only two tour guests -- saw almost everything what was scheduled. Impressive the panorama from the tall Kuwait Tower (entry 3 KD = 10 USD). Also the trip to the desert on the new long Sheikh Jaber al-Ahmad al-Sabah Bridge/Causeway to Bubiyan was spectacular. Al the end of the tour we could spent enough time in the old Souk in order to shop and have lunch. About 7 hours all together. The tour was worth its money, more than that.

We had so much fun and saw the whole city, all the main sites, and a really fun time in the desert all within about five hours. I highly recommend it.

This tour is a great combination of visiting urban landmarks in Kuwait City and experiencing Kuwaiti desert. I enjoyed every second of it. Walid is a great and very knowledgeable guy, able to provide a lot of information about Kuwait, its society and its way of life. Crossing the Causeway and having a tea in a tent in a desert were unforgettable experiences. I warmly recommend this tour to everyone travelling to Kuwait.

Great day seeing the key sites in Kuwait and a trip into the desert. Walid was great at providing background to all the stops and places along the way. A lot to see with a great stop at the market area for lunch.

The guide cancelled the tour as we were flying into Kuwait the day before. Never again. It was supposed to be a holiday, he said. We found most everything was still open

I had a terrific day with Walid. I’d been in Kuwait for a week so he improvised our itinerary to suit my curiosities. He has a genuine love of history and culture and that comes through in his storytelling. It’s a wonderful tour with a wonderful human being.

Tour eċċellenti ta Kuwait ma' Walid li huwa gwida tajjeb ħafn u ħadt gost bil-kumpanija tiegħu. Dort il-belt waħdi għall-ewwel jum tiegħi fil-Kuwait iżda ma kien xejn meta mqabbel ma 'dan it-tour! Rajt dak kollu li ridt u esperjenzajt affarijiet li lanqas biss kienu fil-lista tiegħi. Walid jiġbrok mill-lukanda tiegħek u jwasslek lura. Komunikazzjoni eċċellenti u kelli flessibilità biex nippersonalizza l-mawra tiegħi skont il-gosti tiegħi. Walid ipprovdali wkoll informazzjoni tal-passat tal-Kuwajt li wassal biex napprezza din il-belt sottovalutata. Dorna ħafna postijiet sbieħ u kellna ħin għar-ritratti.

Walid is an amazing host. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. I've done dozens of tours in over 70 countries and I must say that this tour was one of my favorites. It's very relaxed and comfortable. Walid tells you about everything as you progress. Very great value. Do not hesitate to do this tour.
