Had to wait 5 hours before my visit for my tickets to be sent to me so not ideal. The lourve itself was great. The que took nearly 30 minutes to get into.

Tour company is basically a ticket scalper on this one. They acquired the tickets early and resold for a ridiculous amount. Had to pay if I wanted to go, other wise sold out.

Actually no reason to pay more money for Louvre entrance through third parties. No assistance at all.

Tickets came the night before our check-in, the lines were clearly marked at the meet-up location, and the contact was professional and kind. I could not ask for more.

Arrived about 10 mins early and there was a sea of people so it was hard to find the meeting spot.
There were several different lines of people around the pyramid so we went from info person to info person to another (after finally having been told by one rep to talk to their colleague further down the line). By the time we actually spoke to someone who would give us the time of day, (probably 5-10 mins at most after the tour was supposed to start) we were told to head to a completely different line which was extremely long. Of course we were hopeful it would just go fast so we decided to wait it out. After about 20 minutes not even being close to the front, I reached out to the tour operator to request a cancellation as we needed to head to the airport. I understand there is a no refund policy but they would not honor the cancellation which was really disappointing. It was super disorganized- and I know we weren’t the only ones because others in line shared the same sentiments. With that said, we lost our $$ and I would not even bother unless you have a lot of patience. Got some good photos of the outside though.

Overwhelming experience. Too much to look at and in spite of staggered tickets too crowded. Its a famous gallery and probably overhyped but i suppose it has to be experienced. Some amazing art but spoiled by crowded conditions. Wont go again

We couldn’t open our tickets at the louvre at all. Total waste of our time and money the people at the louvre weren’t helpful either

Bought tickets for one time, was delivered tickets for another. When I asked about it, I was assured that the exact time on the ticket wouldn’t matter. IT MATTERS. With the line, a half hour difference in a ticket time turns into an hour wait very easily.
When I told them I was turned away and that I needed the correct tickets, they read the message within a few minutes but never responded. I guess they thought it was close enough.
